Polishing & Painting Application

1) Internal walls-one coat cement primer + one coat putty + cutting and papering putty + again second coat putty + cutting, leveling and sanding putty + then first coat emulsion + second coat emulsion + third coat emulsion if necessary. (external walls we apply weather proof putty and emulsion which cost much more)

2) Poly urethane finish (PU finish) for all furniture and fixtures also for all doors and door frames using spray guns. This type of applications is rarely used in apartments because it’s very costly. Also it is long lasting.

Windows

1) Upvc windows. This is a latest product normally used in foreign countries. Easy to handle. Smooth functioning with thick sections enhances the beauty of windows. Too costly than powder coated aluminium.
