    • Develops a business plan and sales strategy, create effective and economical promotional activities in medias for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
    • Conduct interviews and appoint sales persons. Give sufficient training and motivation to them. Responsible for the performance and development of the sales executives.
    • Conducts property shows and exhibitions. Prepare brochures for the project.
