History & Milestones

2004 »
(a)  Started a Villa Project in Pullazhy. 10 Budget villas with a supreme offer in 4 cents with an area of 1300 Sq. ft.@ Rs. 8.99 lacs only.
(b)  The first sale was offered to Mr. Binzu Bhas, an Air Force Pilot.
(c)  Office started functioning from site office, Pullazhy.

2005 »
(a)  Work commenced in Pullazhy and a total of Nine villas sold out with an escalated price . 80% work completed in the year 2005.
(b)  Acquired around 2 acres of land, opposite to the Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery .
(c)  Work commenced for 6 Villas and simultaneously all the villas were sold out.
(d)  Nedumbasery Site Office, ie. Ground + 2 storey work commenced and completed during the year. Office started functioning in the new building

2006 »
January : Villa Project work 80% was completed at Nedumbassery
March : First Flat Project, opposite Cochin International Airport at Nedumbassery , by name AIRPORT SUITES BLOCK I, consisting of 15 flats with Ground + 2 storey started.
April : Pullazhy office shifted to Centre Point, M.G. Road, Thrissur for better convenience to staff and the clients.
June : Land purchased at Chungam, near West Fort, Thrissur. An apartment project with 30 flats in Basement + Ground + 2 storey commenced.
August : Land purchased at Kottapuram, M.G. Road, Thrissur for office building complex.

2007 »
March : AIRPORT SUITES BLOCK II & III, opposite Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery , consisting of 60 Flats with Basement + G + 5 Floor work started
December : Another land purchased at Nedumbassery , near the existing suite and proposed to construct 107 Studio Flats with 2 Bed room flats fully furnished for better comfort and convenience, in Basement +G +8 Floor named AIRPORT SUITES BLOCK VII

2008 »
March : (a)  Shifted Office from Centre Point to our own building as Corporate Office, Kottapuram, M.G. Road, Thrissur.
(b)  Airport Suites Block IV consisting of 30 flats with Basement + Ground + 5 storeyed work commenced.
April : (a)  Registration of AIRPORT SUITES BLOCK I has been Completed and handed over to the occupants.
(b)  Work commenced for Airport Suites Block VII with Basement+ Ground + 9 storeyed work planned for 107 fully furnished
September : AIRPORT SUITES BLOCK VII work commenced
December : over 2 projects- AIRPORT SUITE BLOCK II &BLOCK III

2009 »
December : AIRPORT SUITES BLOCK IV started in March 2008 was handed over. In the function the Honorable Minister of Transport Mr. Jose Thettayil, The popular Film Star Mr. Siddique, and a number of prominent persons were present in the function.

2010 »
January : Regional office inaugurated by Mrs.Ratnam Damodaran.
April : Agreement executed for purchasing 27.798 cents at Aluva.
June : LORD KRISHNA RESIDENCY was handed over. The popular Film Star Mr.Siddique and Mayor Smt.Bindu was present in the function.
October : Another Company started in the name” Lord Krishna Arcade Pvt. Ltd.” On 6th Oct 2010.
November : 15.657 cents land purchased at Guruvayur, Thrissur

2011 »
January : Lord Krishna Arcade consisting 30 flats with basement + ground+3 storied work commenced.
March : City Waters consisting 39 flats with basement + ground+9 storied work commenced.
November : Inauguration of Airport Suites Block VII,Nedumbassery - Inaugurated by Sri. Vayalar Ravi, Lamp lighting by Smt. Ratnam Damodaran, Symbolic key handed over to Dr.Venugopal by Speaker Sri .G Karthikeyan and many prominent persons were present in the occasion.
Inauguration of Lord Krishna Arcade, Guruvayur- Lamp lighting by Smt. Ratnam Damodaran, Hon Minister Sri C.N Balakrishnan and other prominent persons made their distinguished presence.

2012 »
09.05.12 : Land purchased @ Trivandrum - 121 cents proposed to construct - 08 flats, G+3, 2 & 3 BHK.
21.06.12 : Land purchased @ Palakkad - 20 cents proposed to construct - 26 flats, G+13, 2& 3 BHK.
22.09.12 : Entered into joint venture @ GVR near west nada only 200 mts away from Guruvayur West Nada, proposed to construct - 125 flats, G+5, Studio, 1 & 2 BHK.
31.10.12 : Land purchased @ Vyttila - 12 cents proposing a commerial complex.
01.09.12 : land purchased @ Udayanagar, Thrissur - 22.875 cents.
